Who we are

COC (Continuity of Care) is a leading provider of mobile phlebotomy and diagnostic services across the U.S. As one of the largest independent mobile phlebotomy providers on the West Coast, we continue to expand our reach to support clients nationwide.

COC was founded by our CEO, a clinician working in the acute mental health space who recognized a critical gap in care. Transporting patients to labs often created delays, added stress, and disrupted treatment. She built COC around a simple but impactful idea: bring lab and diagnostic services directly to patients to improve access, efficiency, and overall quality of care.

Today, through strategic partnerships with local and national laboratories and imaging providers, we ensure every service is routed efficiently supporting fast turnaround times and helping prevent delays in care.
